AnagnosTec has been involved in a number of EU-, BMBF-, and DFG-projects, including MICROMAR (Lead potential of marine microorganisms from coastal, shelf and deep-sea sediments, a comparative assessment for optimized search strategies, EU), BOSMAN (BOreal Sponges-Sources of MArine Natural Products, BMBF), CYANOTOX (Cyanobacterial Toxins, EU), PEPCY (Toxic and Bioactive PEPtides in Cyanobacteria, EU) and EUROFUNG (discovery of non-ribosomal peptides from fungi, EU).

Large databases of mass spectrometric data from marine (and terrestric) microbes have been aquired and can be used as reference databases in future projects.
